Smiling, great way to change your attitude.....by forcing ourselves to smile,we trick our body into believing that everything is good,thereby reducing stress.Like a switch, smiling can actually change our mood. Put on a smile even if you dont feel like it, and very soon you will be smiling for real. I was testing out this theory, and realise that its actually quite true:D hahah. conclusion: ppl please put on a smile more often:D |
